Welcome to my website! I am Caro. I studied psychology, worked from 2014 to 2017 as HR IT Project Manager and from 2017 to 2021 as recruitment specialist. Since 2021 I am working as an expert for digital candidate experience at Deutsche Bahn. As such I am responsible for concepting and designing the user experience of our products and for web analytics. I am currently deepening my knowledge in front-end programming with the help of SheCodes. My mission is designing stunning webpages that are appealing and easy to use.
