Welcome to my website! I am Caro. I studied psychology, worked from 2014 to 2017 as HR IT Project Manager and from 2017 to 2021 as recruitment specialist. From 2021 to 2024 I was working as an expert for digital candidate experience at Deutsche Bahn. As such I was responsible for concepting and designing the user experience of our products and for web analytics. Since 2024 I am working as RPA Debeloper. As such I am automating our processes to reduce the workload on our colleagues and give them more time for the essentials.
